Data collection and purposes

PreTech only collects the data necessary for conducting business with customers. Customers will be aware of what information is to be collected, and can choose how to use such data for us to contact them. We only collect data in a legal and fair manner, and will never obtain data using an offensive approach.

• We confirm customers are the users of the services so that we can provide good customer services for our customers and their business partners and employees.
• We conduct authorized financial transactions for customers and related service providers,
• and engage in business operations involving customers.
• We notify you of the services and business provided by PreTech and its business partners
• as our responsibilities to comply with laws and regulations.

All the information collected except for the data on specific personal or business organization, such as statistical data and industry trends, is likely to be shared with our affiliate partners.

How to Use Customer Data

PreTech will use the data provided by customers in different channels in necessary business dealings, including product promotion, order processing, product registration and company account opening, so as to provide transaction services, customer support and safe login to the PreTech website.

Product and Service Promotion

PreTech must be able to contact customers and inform them of product upgrade, new product launch and new services and information relating to customers’ business, including special promotions (customers can notify us at any time that they do not want to receive any promotion information from PreTech).

Accountability and Legal Compliance

PreTech Group Holdings Limited has advised its employees that they must always put confidentiality and customer privacy in the first place in operations, training and internal procedures.

PreTech will take all appropriate disciplinary actions to make sure employees keep their commitment to the Terms of Privacy. In the case PreTech outsources part of its support services to other service providers, we will also require such service providers to adhere to the Terms of Privacy of PreTech Group Holdings Limited.

The Terms of Privacy of PreTech Group Holdings Limited are developed based on relevant Hong Kong and international privacy regulations.

In order to prove that our terms of privacy are compliant with privacy regulations, we promise to implement relevant voluntary self-verification procedure under the supervision and inspection of governmental authorities of some countries.

Problem Correction

If any customer has any question or believes that PreTech fails to comply with such Terms of Privacy, please contact us by emailing to info@pretech.com.hk. We will put in commercially reasonable resources to investigate whether the problem is true and take necessary corrective actions.

If customers need to update or change personal or company information, they can notify PreTech Group Holdings Limited of their new data by telephone, fax or mail.
